We used the KP1 keypad system at a community meeting where there were strongly held and divergent views about future land management in the locality.
The community found the clickers straightforward to use and exemplary technical support ensured our presentation worked flawlessly on the night.
The data we captured will provide an invaluable guide for future management of public land in the area.
Importantly, when asked at the close of the evening, 86% of attendees were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘somewhat satisfied’ that the evening provided an opportunity for their views to be heard, no-one felt ‘very unsatisfied’.
We will use the system again.
