Consider our audience response technology small but mighty. An end-to-end solution for audience response, the kp1 system uses a combination of small, handheld audience response keypads and a simple Microsoft PowerPoint add-on to pose questions and solicit answers.

Here’s how it works: Speakers integrate the kp1 audience polling software with their existing PowerPoint installation. They can then ask questions, request feedback or seek opinions from the audience within individual PowerPoint slides. On the audience end, listeners can respond to these questions as they appear in the presentation, simply using their handheld keypad device to provide answers instantly.

Using the audience response keypad

The kp1 system works with our own kp1 branded audience response keypads, as well as the CLiKAPAD and Fleetwood’s Reply Mini, Reply Mini+ and Reply Worldwide. Audience members simply hold the devices in their hands, push the button corresponding with their answer, and the results are instantly sent to the presenter.

Integrating with Microsoft PowerPoint

Intuitive and user-friendly, you don’t need to be a tech expert to use kp1’s audience polling software. A direct add-in to Microsoft PowerPoint, all it takes is a few clicks, and you’re up and running—no IT help necessary. Although, we’re always here to help.
