Our rental options and services
There are two options for a kp1 audience response system rental: wet hire and dry hire.
Wet hire: Full end-to-end rental service
Add-in PowerPoint ARS programs are not difficult to create or run. In these economically difficult times, don’t let the cost of a full wet hire stop you from having the ARS to add value to your meeting. kp1 will supply you with training, software, keypads and laptops if required. We can program your presentations prior to your meeting and supply a quick start guide to get you running your sessions like a professional.
How our full-service rental works
If you choose our full-service audience response system rental, we’ll walk you through the entire process from start to finish. That means we will:
- Work with you in advance to understand your requirements, providing advice and input as to how you can best achieve your desired results.
- Assist you in building the interactive components of your events. This includes creating questions types, researching topics and more.
- Set up, test and operate your audience response system live and on site during your event.
- Prepare your presenters to work effectively with your audience response system.

Dry hire: Be hands-on
